These terms apply to all courses offered by Accelerated Traffic School at acceleratedtrafficschool.com. By registering, you (the registrant and/or student) agree to them.
Course tuition
The full course fee is charged to the registrant and includes all instructional materials. It is paid before the course is activated or, if the registrant chooses Pay Later, before the student can continue past module 1.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover cards.
Technical requirements
Our courses work in current versions of Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Apple Safari, and Microsoft Edge on desktop, tablet, and mobile. Some courses include audio and video, so make sure your sound is on.
Course availability
Courses are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, starting as soon as registration is complete. Availability may be affected by system, site, or connectivity failures outside our control.
Progress of study
Your progress is saved automatically, so you can stop and return later to pick up where you left off.
Completion and certification
A course is complete when the student finishes all modules and passes any required exams.
Florida students (Basic Driver Improvement and TLSAE): completion information is uploaded electronically into the Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles database. The student is also emailed a copy of their certificate within one business day.
New York students (5-Hour Pre-Licensing): completion is reported electronically to the New York DMV the next business day. No MV-278 certificate is issued. Completion is valid for 1 year from the course date for scheduling a road test.
Representations and eligibility
The registrant and student confirm that the information they provide is true and correct. Willful or intentional misrepresentation is a breach of these terms and may make the student liable for damages incurred by Accelerated Traffic School as a result. While we attempt in good faith to screen for eligibility, it is the registrant’s and student’s sole responsibility to confirm eligibility for the course.
Limitation of liability
The liability of Accelerated Traffic School and its agents and employees for any act, omission, or negligence is limited to, and will not exceed, the course fee actually paid by the registrant.
Refunds
You may request a full refund if you have not yet completed the first module of your course. After the first module is complete, the course fee is not refundable. See our Refund Policy.
